Aubrey is a lover of animals to her core, with her own pups at home, and a newfound

obsession with elephants after a trip to Thailand. She also enjoys playing tennis, hiking,

and being in, on, or around the ocean when she’s able to get to the coast. 

Aubrey found herself drawn to pursuing holistic wellness, energetic healing and

mindfulness through her own journey of self care, finding sound meditation and reiki to be

profoundly helpful in soothing stress and anxiousness, and managing the inevitable

feelings of burnout. She couldn’t ignore the sense of renewal and balance after

emerging from a session, and aspired to incorporate these significant benefits into her

own work with others. From there, Aubrey went on to complete her Reiki Master Training

and Sound Meditation Certification. 

Aubrey has worked as a licensed professional for over 15 years in the mental health field, specializing in trauma and couples work, and has a private practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. She received her Master of Advanced Studies in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University, and completed a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Family and Human Development at Arizona State University. Her experience and additional training has developed a strong foundation in understanding the role of traumatic stress in a whole person's health and wellness, and the impact on our energy centers. Though Aubrey does not function as a licensed health or mental health professional with Maple Ash Wellness, her background helps to inform recommendations to engage all the parts that can facilitate wellness, while leading and facilitating services with her clients. 

 Aubrey is passionate in her journey to unlock the potential of holistic wellness, where the synergy of mind, body, and spirit creates a tapestry of vibrant health. She truly enjoys helping others to embrace the journey of self-discovery and healing, and witnessing the profound benefits that unfold when we prioritize our well-being in its entirety. 

She is the sole proprietor and owner of Maple Ash Wellness, LLC, and provides Alternative and Holistic Health services under this business name.
